(កំពង់ចាម) ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ នៅខេត្តកំពង់ចាម និងមកពីតាមបណ្តាខេត្តផ្សេងៗ ប្រមាណ១.៥០០នាក់ បានមកទទួលសេវាពិនិត្យភ្នែក និងផ្តល់វ៉ែនតាឥតគិតថ្លៃ ដោយក្រុមគ្រូពេទ្យឯកទេសភ្នែក Nepal Netra Jyoti Sangh and Lumbini eye institute ដែលដឹកនាំដោយ ឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូតនេប៉ាល់ សហការជាមួយរដ្ឋបាលខេត្ត និងសភាពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ខេត្តកំពង់ចាម។

នាឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្តម អ៊ុន ចាន់ដា អភិបាលខេត្ត បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ថា ការរៀបចំពិនិត្យភ្នែក ផ្ដល់ថ្នាំបន្តក់ និងផ្តល់វ៉ែនតាដោយឥតគិតថ្លៃជូនដល់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋនាពេលនេះ គឺធ្វើឡើងដើម្បីឆ្លើយតបចំពោះតម្រូវការជាក់ស្តែង និងជួយសម្រាលបន្ទុកចំណាយថវិការបស់បងប្អូនបានមួយកម្រិតធំ។

ឯកឧត្តម អភិបាលខេត្តបន្តថា សុខភាពរបស់បងប្អូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ គឺជាអាទិភាពចម្បងបំផុតរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល ក៏ដូចជាអាជ្ញាធរខេត្ត។ ឯកឧត្តមក៏បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅចំពោះ ឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូតនេប៉ាល់ ព្រមទាំងក្រុមគ្រូពេទ្យឯកទេសទាំងអស់ ដែលបានចំណាយពេលវេលា និងថវិកា នាំយកនូវសេវាសុខាភិបាលដ៏មានសារៈសំខាន់នេះមកជូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋខេត្តកំពង់ចាម។

ឯកឧត្តម Dhan Bahadur Oli ឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូតនេប៉ាល់ បានបញ្ជាក់ថា ការនាំយកក្រុមគ្រូពេទ្យឯកទេសភ្នែកលំដាប់ខ្ពស់ពីប្រទេសនេប៉ាល់មកកាន់ខេត្តកំពង់ចាមនាពេលនេះ គឺដើម្បីចូលរួមចំណែកកាត់បន្ថយអត្រាពិការភ្នែក និងផ្តល់ពន្លឺសារជាថ្មីជូនដល់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋកម្ពុជាដែលមានជីវភាពខ្វះខាត។ នេះមិនត្រឹមតែជាការជួយសង្គ្រោះផ្នែកសុខាភិបាលប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែវាក៏ជាស្ពានចម្លងក្នុងការរឹតចំណងមិត្តភាព សាមគ្គីភាព និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងប្រជាជាតិទាំងពីរ (នេប៉ាល់-កម្ពុជា) ឱ្យកាន់តែរឹងមាំ និងស៊ីជម្រៅថែមមួយកម្រិតទៀតផងដែរ៕

(Kampong Cham) About 1,500 people in Kampong Cham province and from other provinces received free eye exams and glasses from Nepal Netra Jyoti Sangh and Lumbini eye institute, led by the Nepalese Ambassador in cooperation with the provincial administration and the Kampong Cham Provincial Chamber of Commerce.

On the occasion, His Excellency Un Chanda, the provincial governor, emphasized that the organization of free eye exams, eye drops, and glasses for citizens is to meet actual needs and help alleviate their financial burden to a large extent.

His Excellency the provincial governor said that the health of citizens is the top priority of the Royal Government as well as the provincial authorities. He also expressed his deep gratitude to the Nepalese Ambassador and all the medical specialists who spent their time and money to bring this important health service to the people of Kampong Cham province.

His Excellency Dhan Bahadur Oli, Ambassador of Nepal, stated that bringing a team of highly qualified ophthalmologists from Nepal to Kampong Cham province at this time is to contribute to reducing the rate of blindness and providing new light to Cambodian citizens in need. This is not only a medical rescue, but also a bridge to strengthen and deepen the bonds of friendship, solidarity and cooperation between the two nations (Nepal-Cambodia).
